REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY

Products cannot be exchanged / replaced once despatched from www.ashkumar.com Ltd. We require 3 weeks notice prior to date of delivery if an order is to be cancelled and a refund is required.

** Please note that Ready Made Henna cones cannot be refunded.
