Important Delivery Information
Everything over 200 grams is delivered via UPS in the UK. Note: After 2 attempts of unsuccessful delivery there will be an additional charge of £5.50 for postage. Therefore please provide a contact number so that UPS can contact you regarding delivery.

We despatch orders twice a week, on Tuesday and Thursday, using a next day delivery service.
Orders received before 11am on a despatch day will be despatched that day and delivered the next day.
All other orders will be despatched on our next despatch day.
Our delivery days are Wednesday and Friday - parcels can be delivered at any time between 8am and 4pm.
